*Important Notice: Dogs left more than 1 hour and cats left more than 30 minutes after grooming completion notification will incur additional boarding fees unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact me directly for further details.

Cancellations & Deposits: Appointments cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, as reserved slots cannot be reassigned at short notice. Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
